These are the recordings dubbed for a feature to promote Swamiji's Message. As per the records available and cassettes released by HMV this is the voice of

There was only one recording of Swamiji’s voice with the Maharaja of Mysore. It was a phonographic record.
Swami Vivekananda’s speech was personally recorded by Nalvadi Krishnaraja Wodeyar in a Phonograph Cylinder (which was made of Paraffin and Wax) and unfortunately, it BURNT along with the earlier Wooden Palace which stood in the place of Amba Vilas Palace.
That recording which is being passed on the net is a prank. It is the rendition of various speeches at Chicago by Subir Ghosh . It might have been commissioned by Ramakrishna Mission and released by HMV

Swami's trip to chicago was partly sponsored by Maharaja Chamaraja Wodeyar (1881-1894). Nalvadi was still a kid of 10 years. Maharaja never went to Chicago. In fact he died before Swami could return to India. He did write a personal letter to Maharaja from Chicago. It was said a Gramaphone record of the speech was available at Mysore Palace. May be Swami had presented one after his return. But no one knows what happened to it..
